REFRESH KITCHENS CLEANING GUIDE

- Remove Items from Cupboards and Drawers: Take everything out of all cupboards and drawers. This includes dishes, cookware, utensils, and any other items stored within your kitchen cabinets.

Use Sugar Soap: Sugar soap is a highly effective degreaser that can be found at most hardware stores, supermarkets, and online retailers.

  1. Prepare the Solution: Follow the manufacturer's instructions to mix the sugar soap solution.

  2. Apply the Solution: Using a sponge or cloth, apply the sugar soap solution to all surfaces that will be painted, including the outside and inside of cupboards, drawers, doors, and shelves.

  3. Focus on Greasy Areas: Pay particular attention to areas around the stove top, range hood, and oven, as these spots tend to accumulate the most grease and grime.

  4. Scrub Thoroughly: Ensure that all surfaces are scrubbed well to remove grease and grime completely.

- Vacuum Inside Cupboards and Drawers: Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust, crumbs, and debris from the inside of all cupboards and drawers.

- Dust All Surfaces: Use a clean, dry cloth to dust all surfaces, including shelves, countertops, and the tops of cupboards and drawers.

- Clean the Floors: Vacuum and dust the floors in the kitchen area to ensure they are free from dirt and debris.

- Inspect the Area: Conduct a final inspection to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and free from grease and dust. This includes a close check around the stove top, range hood, and oven areas.
